The Company was informed yesterday that between 17/07/2009 and 20/07/2009 Cairns Investment Holdings Ltd sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares in PNC Telecom and is now interested in 41,750,000 ordinary shares, or 4.27% of the issued share capital.
