The Company has been notified that on 17 September 2008 and 20 September 2008 David Whelan purchased 65,218 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 50,000 Ordinary Shares, respectively, at 80p per share. Following these purchases, David Whelan is interested in 1,038,073 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.99% of the total voting rights in the Company.
