Jeremy Hosking today informed the Company that on 24 March 2011 he acquired 125,000 shares in the Company at 115 pence per share.
Following the acquisition of these shares, Jeremy Hosking's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 4,424,973 shares, representing approximately 17.06% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company. | |
