The Board of MediaZest announces that on 5 March 2010 it received notification from City and Claremont Capital Assets Limited ("CCCAL") that CCAL now holds 39,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the capital of the Company, representing 23.7 per cent of the current voting capital.
