That Form TR-1 incorrectly included the holdings of Orbis SICAV - Europe Equity Fund, which holdings should have been excluded as the investment manager of Orbis SICAV - Europe Equity Fund is not a controlled undertaking of Orbis Holdings Limited within the meanings of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The figures in Item 8 reflect the correct holdings of voting rights as of 5 October 2009.
