Holdings in Company
The Company was notified on 13 September 2012 by M&G Investments ("M&G") that, on 12 August 2012 M&G increased its shareholding in the Company from 139,320,218 ordinary shares of nil par value each, representing 18.18 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, to 160,128,850 ordinary shares of nil par value each, representing 19.99 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
