("Ambrian" or "the Company")
On the 16 July 2009, RBC Capital Markets Corporation ("RBC") informed Ambrian that as at 14 July 2009, 24,293,538 shares of Ambrian were held within HSBC Client Holdings Nominee UK Limited on behalf of RBC which held and continues to hold such shares as custodian for the benefit of certain of its customers and introducing correspondents. In this regard, RBC is not the beneficial owner of such shares meaning that it exercises neither investment power nor voting power with respect to them.
Following this notification, Ambrian sent a section 793 letter to RBC requesting the identity of the beneficial ownership. On the 5 August 2009, RBC updated Ambrian on the beneficial ownership of the shares and as such, Ambrian has amended its shareholder list to reflect this and no further shareholder disclosure is required at this time.
