("GS"), on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiariesGoldman Sachs & Co. and Goldman Sachs International, informed the Company on 31January 2006, that as at the close of business on 27 January 2006, it had aninterest in 3,843,188 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"). This holding represents approximately 4.6 per cent. of the Company'sissued Ordinary Share capital.
