Notification of Change in Shareholding
London: 8 November 2011 - ECR Minerals plc advises that it has been notified by White Rock Consulting Ltd ("White Rock") that, following the conversion of convertible loan notes, White Rock holds 18,495,641 ordinary 0.1 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares"), equating to approximately 3.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has a total of 602,346,081 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote. The issue and allotment of Ordinary Shares in respect of the conversion of convertible loan notes held by White Rock was announced by the Company on 13 October 2011.
