HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
HOUSTON, TEXAS Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) was notified on 21 June 2010, by Millennium Global Investments, that following its disposal of an aggregate of 1,375,000 Caza common shares of no par value ("Shares"). Millennium Global Investments now has a holding of 15,500,000 Shares representing 13.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
