The trade date occurredprior to Kanyon Plc completing the reverse takeover of Oxford Advanced SurfacesLimited ("Reverse Takeover") on 31 December 2007. On the 31 December 2007 upon the completion of the Reverse Takeover theCompany's shares were consolidated on a one for ten basis, therefore, thecurrent holding by Deutsche Bank AG will be that of 10,000,000 ordinary shares.Also, a further 89,539,907 shares were issued in relation to the ReverseTakeover, therefore, the holding by Deutsche Bank AG will effectively be 5.62%.
