The interestin these 806,000 shares arose from an interest held by Goldman, Sachs & Co., awholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc. acting as custodian for its customers.These shares are, or will be registered in the name of Goldman SachsSecurities (Nominees), Limited. These shares represent 4.09 per cent of theissued share capital.
