Mwana Africa PLC20 February 2007 Mwana Africa plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company London, 20th of February 2007 - The Company was notified on 7 February 2007 thatBlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited had increased its total holdings inthe Company to 12,359,668 ordinary shares, representing 5.01 per cent. of thetotal voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany.
