Sable Mining, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 11 February 2010 that as of 8 February 2010 the shareholding of Harbinger Capital Partners LLC ('Harbinger'), as the investment adviser to Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, increased from 14.76% to 15.05% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company, as a result of the acquisition of 1,825,000 shares in the capital of the Company by Harbinger.
