Holding in Company
REH today received notification from The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P. ("Tudor") that, following the disposal of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 0.72 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (the "Issued Ordinary Share Capital"), on 4 March 2010, Tudor is now interested in 4,634,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.66 per cent. of the Company's entire Issued Ordinary Share Capital.
