Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company")
Holding in the Company
Scotgold was informed on 22 May 2018 that Mr Richard Harris continues to hold a beneficial interest in 875,000 ordinary shares of the Company. As a consequence of the increase in the size of the issued ordinary share capital of Scotgold, following the equity fundraising announced on 18 May 2018, Mr Harris no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
