Notification of Interest

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, has today been notified by one of its significant shareholders, Swire Beverages Holdings Limited ("SBHL") that they have recently sold 733,040 PureCircle shares in the open market. Following the sale, SBHL's total interest held in the Company has decreased to 5,066,960 shares, representing 2.99% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). As such, SBHL ceases to be a significant shareholder in the Company.
