("Sarantel" or the "Company")
Holding in Company
The Company received notification yesterday that the Foresight Group now holds 25,781,512 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 13.50 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Sarantel.
In addition, Sarantel was notified yesterday that of this holding, 14,379,820 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.53 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company, are held by Foresight VCT plc and 6,934,146 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.63 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company, are held by Foresight 3 VCT plc. The remaining shares are held by Foresight 2 VCT plc, which does not have a notifiable interest.
