The Company was informed on 8 August 2008, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that as at 1 August 2008, Octopus Investments Limited had a direct interest in 10,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
