Holdings in Company and Update on General Meeting

NEOS has been notified that Mr. John Teeling is now the beneficial owner of 53,450,471 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Neos representing 29.9% of the issued share capital. This is as a result of the disposal by Mr. Teeling of his entire holding of Ordinary Shares, followed by the acquisition of 53,450,471 Ordinary Shares on 11 March 2013 at a price of 0.1p.

Mr Teeling has indicated to the Board that he will be voting against the resolution to cancel the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM at the Adjourned General Meeting on 15th March 2013. The Board is considering this and further announcements will be made in due course.
