Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed technology company with a focus on operator monitoring and intervention sensing technologies and services, was informed on 8 December 2014 by Investec Asset Management Ltd that, following the issue of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 December 2014, their holding of 45,590,116 Ordinary Shares equates to 4.90 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
