Holding in Company
The Company has been advised that Mr Mark Jackson now holds an interest of 3,450,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Jackson's holding has been increased through Ventura Finance Limited which is beneficially owned by Mr Jackson:
