HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY
On 4 May 2009, Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a result of a disposal of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 May 2009, Columbia National Investments Ltd (a substantial shareholder), has a beneficial interest in 68,100,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 22.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 303,587,847 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share.
