("Big Yellow" or "the Company")
Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the purchase of shares on 21 May, JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings Inc had a total interest in the Company of 8,978,465 shares representing 7.07% of total voting rights.
The Company has also been informed that following the placing of 11,549,000 shares on 21 May Thames River Capital LLP had a total interest in the Company representing less than 3% of total voting rights.
