The Company was notified on 10 December 2008 by Fortis Investment Management SA that, following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 December 2008, it has an interest in 8,470,659 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 4.00 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
