TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 4 June 2009 from Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund ("UK Dynamic") that on 1 June 2009 UK Dynamic were interested in 17,767,072 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in approximately 7.84% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of voting rights breaching the 8% threshold from 18,019,610 shares (over 8%) announced on 16 February 2009.
Please note that the total shareholding of Blackrock, Inc in the Company is now 22,485,934 (9.92%) Shares as at 1 June 2009 made up of 22,477,401 Shares and 8,533 Contracts for Difference.
