McKay Securities plc (the "Company") announces that following the completion of the firm placing, placing and open offer of new ordinary shares announced on 29 January 2014, the following shareholders no longer hold a disclosable interest of 3 per cent. or more of the Company's issued voting share capital:

· Norton Securities Limited, which holds 2,712,552 ordinary shares in the Company, now representing 2.96% of the Company's issued share capital.

· Rimpton Securities Limited, which holds 2,712,551 ordinary shares in the Company, now representing 2.96% of the Company's issued share capital.

· Mr Iain Alastair McKay, who holds 1,466,330 ordinary shares in the Company, now representing 1.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
