Maple Energy plc (AIM: MPLE; LIMA: MPLE), an integrated energy company with assets in Peru, was notified on 23 July 2013 that on 21 July 2013 each of Mr. Pierre Salik and Mr. Michel Meeus had reached a beneficial interest in 4,994,750 ordinary shares representing 3.04% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company on a non-diluted basis for each of them.
