Hydrogen Group plc, the specialist recruitment consultancy, announces that on 23 March 2016 it received notification from Church House Investments Ltd that it had acquired 450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, equivalent to 1.9% of the Company's total issued share capital. Church House Investments Ltd now holds 1,450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, equivalent to 6.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
