IDOX PLC06 July 2007 IDOX PLC 06 July 2007 IDOX plc (the ''Company'' or ''IDOX'') Notification of Interest The Company was informed on 3 July 2007 that Highclere International InvestorLimited ("Highclere"), through the Highclere International InvestorsInternational Smaller Companies Fund, had a notifiable interest of 13,679,126ordinary shares in IDOX, being 4.00% of the issued share capital of the Company. Highclere acts as an investment manager for a number of commingled funds andseparate accounts (together, the "Clients"). In acting for its Clients,Highclere is given full discretion over its Clients' investments. Highclere donot act as its Clients' custodian, and therefore shares are not held inHighclere's name, but in the nominee name of its Clients' custodian bank.
