LondonBranch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, asat, 21st December 2005 Standard Life Investments acquired 328,948 shares onbehalf of Standard Life Group and therefore had a notifiable interest (includingmaterial and non-material interests) in 33,981,051 ordinary 1p shares in theCompany representing 13.876% of the issued share capital.
