Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company has today been advised that, pursuant to the administration of the estate of Sir Henry Warner, Bt., as of 16th May 2012, Lady Jocelyn Mary Warner has a holding of 4,131,145 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing a direct holding of 7.35% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company has also today been advised that, pursuant to the administration of the estate of Sir Henry Warner, Bt., as of 16th May 2012, Brettenham Trust Limited has a holding of 5,628,017 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing a direct holding of 10.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Following the above transactions, Sir Henry Warner, Bt. no longer has an interest in the voting rights of the Company and Sir Philip Warner, Bt. (Non-executive Chairman of the Company) and Mr R H Warner (a Non-executive Director) each have a non-beneficial interest in 5,628,017 shares, representing 10.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

There has been no change in the beneficial interests of Sir Philip Warner, Bt. and Mr R H Warner.
