Readybuy PLC13 April 2006 Readybuy plc (the "Company") Notice of shareholding The Company has today been notified that on 12 April 2006 the Crabtree NorthwestCharitable Trust (the "Trust") sold 785,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this disposal, the Trust no longerhas a shareholding in the Company. The Company has also received notification that on 12 April 2006 Stephen PaulLundy sold 450,000 Ordinary Shares and today sold a further 250,000 OrdinaryShares. Following these disposals, Mr Lundy no longer has a notifiable interestin the Company.
