The Company was notified on 26 August 2008 that, as at 22 August 2008, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited was indirectly interested in 1,069,681 ordinary shares of 25p each in Redhall, as nominee on behalf of its clients, representing approximately 5.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
