HC Slingsby PLC (AIM: SLNG) was notified that on 12 February 2019, 30,835 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company were transferred, pursuant to a grant of probate, from the estate of Shirley Audrey Williams (deceased) to her daughter Karen Jayne Williams. Consequently, the number of ordinary shares held by Karen Jayne Williams has increased by 30,835 shares to 67,835 shares, equivalent to 6.78 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital.
