Mrs AC Haynes, the wife of John H Haynes (Founder Director) has transferred shares to two Family Trusts of which her husband John H Haynes, J HC Haynes, Marc EF Haynes and Chris MD Haynes are trustees. None of the trustees are beneficiaries under the Trusts. Pursuant to an arrangement between the trustees, the voting rights in the shares transferred to the Family Trusts and subject to this TR1 notification will remain under the control of the transferor Mrs AC Haynes.
