This is a notification of old share transactions, delayed as a result of administrative oversight. H.E. Saeed Bin Butti reduced his overall holding from 23.41% to 18.06% of NMC shares gradually over a 6-month period in order to release funds for different investments. No shares have been sold since 21 April 2016 and H.E. Saeed remains a committed long term investor in NMC Health plc and supportive of the Group's growth strategy.
