BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, has been notified that Hawkeye Capital Management now holds 49,663,471 common shares of US$0.59446 each in the Company. This holding represents 17.75 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
