VinaLand Limited ("VNL" or the "Company") has today been notified that on 17 August 2009, VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited ("VOF") bought 1,263,496 ordinary shares of US$0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.77 per share.
As a result of this transaction, VOF is interested in 16,012,540 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.20 percent of VNL's total voting rights.
