Premier Research Group07 April 2006 Premier Research Group plc ("the Company") Holding In Company/Directors' Shareholdings The Company today received confirmation from Dr. Simon Yaxley, Chief ExecutiveOfficer of the Company, and Dr. Guy Patrick, Chief Operating Officer of theCompany, that they have today each exercised an option to acquire 916,667ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36pence per Ordinary Share from Henley Trustees Limited ("Henley") ("theExercise"). The notification and conditions of the Exercise were set out in acircular sent to the Company's shareholders on 3 February 2006. Following this transaction Dr. Yaxley and Dr. Patrick hold 4,000,000 OrdinaryShares each, representing approximately 7.59 per cent. of the Company's issuedordinary share capital.
