HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY

(the "Company")
The Company was notified on 16th September 2009 of the following changes in the shareholding of the Morgan Stanley group of companies ("MG"):
On 8th September MG held 15,073,026 ordinary shares of no par value (split between Morgan Stanley & Co International 9,985,367 shares and Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd 5,087,659 shares)representing 6.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 10th September MG held 12,338,448 ordinary shares of no par value (split between Morgan Stanley & Co International 7,966,749 shares and Morgan Stanley Securities Ltd 4,371,699 shares)representing 5.13% of the issued share capital of the Company .
On 11th September MG no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
The calculations above were all on the basis of an issued share capital of 240,077,378 ordinary shares of no par value.
