Purchase of shares

The Trust announces that its Investment Manager, Alpha Real Capital LLP ("ARC") purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 16p per share on 11 June 2012. This transaction represents 0.4% of the issued share capital.

Following the purchase ARC will own 1,000,000 ordinary shares.
