Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, was notified on 10 December 2008 that New Star Asset Management Limited is now interested in 1,335,095 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.8% per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
