Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 8 September 2009 from Marnie Holdings Ltd that they no longer a notifiable interest in the Company. Furthermore the Company also received notification on 8 September 2009 that Gryphon Trading S.A. has purchased 838,900 ordinary shares of 20p in the Company for long term investment purposes and now holds 12.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company confirms that its issued share capital consists of 6,980,300 ordinary shares of 20p each with voting rights at the date of this announcement. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The figure of 6,980,300 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Westmount Energy Limited under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
