Focus Solutions Group plc, (AIM: FSG), a leading provider of multi-channel distribution software to the global financial services industry, announces that on 9 November 2010 it was informed that Liontrust Investment Partners LLP, on 8 November 2010, bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in Focus, bringing their total number of shares to 3,574,754 and their total voting rights to 12.01%.
