The Company was notified on 28 October 2008 by Fortis Investment Management SA that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 October 2008, it has an interest in 7,482,971 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 3.54 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
