Following the admission to trading on AIM of 68 million new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company, Sunvest Corporation Limited will be interested in 18,037,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.45 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
This follows Sunvest Corporation Limited's subscription for 8,600,000 of the new Ordinary Shares. As announced this morning, admission to trading of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on Monday 24 November 2008.
