The Company was informed on 22 July 2010 that BlackRock, Inc. ("BlackRock") had a notifiable interest in 723,299 ordinary shares in Enfis, being 4.77% of the issued share capital of the Company. BlackRock's interest in Enfis is held through The Throgmorton Trust PLC.
