INTEREST IN SHARES

Livermore announces that it was notified on 30 July 2012 that Everest Fund L.P and Everest Special Situations Fund L.P. ("Everest Funds") sold 6,566,682 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.3% of the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights. Following the sale, Everest Funds do not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
