TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on

24 February 2010 from BlackRock Inc ("BlackRock") that on 22 February 2010, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited were interested in 28,211,273 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest by BlackRock in 12.16% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights reaching the 12% threshold from 27,260,599 shares (11.75%) announced on 4 December 2009.
